Shipping Policy
At Liaise International, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and promptly. Please note that we only deliver within Australia.
Delivery Service
- Carrier: All orders are shipped using Australia Post E-Parcel Satchels.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your order from dispatch to delivery. Track your order at Australia Post Tracking.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping: All retail (non-wholesale) orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.
- Flat Rate: Retail (non-wholesale) orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $10.00.
Dispatch Times
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders received before 2pm Mon-Fri are typically dispatched the same day.
- Next Business Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends will be shipped the following business day, provided payment has been received.
- Extended Processing: Occasionally, an extra day or two may be needed for items not held in stock.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Expect to receive your order within 1-5 business days.
- Non-Shipping Days: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
- Rural Areas: Deliveries to Australian rural areas may take slightly longer.
Delivery Requirements
- Signature Required: All orders require a signature upon delivery. We recommend providing an address where someone is available during work hours.
- Missed Delivery: If no one is available to sign for the delivery, an Attempted Delivery Advice card will be left, detailing how and when the parcel can be collected from your nearest Australia Post outlet.
PO Box Deliveries
- PO Box: Yes, we do deliver retail purchases (non-wholesale) to PO Box addresses.
