Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Most orders are shipped via Australia Post Standard Delivery. Parcels are left in a safe place at the delivery address unless you request a signature on delivery in your order notes at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available on the courier’s website. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@rockos.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
