If you have purchased your sunglasses from our Online Store and are not happy with them for any reason please let us know straight away by contacting our customer care office for assistance.

If you would like to return or exchange your online purchase then we will accept your returned goods for exchange or full refund, however, there are a few conditions. 

1. You must contact our customer care office for a Return Authorisation.

2. The product must be unused and with swing tags and packaging intact.

3. You must return them using Australia Post insured and registered at your cost.

If you have a faulty or damaged product please ensure to contact our Customer Service team to assist you, simply login to your account and choose RMA , alternatively you can call one of our lovely staff on the number provided above.
